2. Data Collection & AI Processing

We collect name and email for account management.

  • AI Video Processing: When you submit a video URL, our AI models analyze the audio-visual streams to identify highlight segments.
    • We do not "train" our models on your private video data.
    • Processing is automated and used solely to generate the requested clips.
  • User Consent: By submitting a URL, you provide explicit consent for ClipSnap to process that content on your behalf.

3. Data Storage & Retention

We prioritize data minimization.

  • Temporary Storage: Processed videos are stored on secure cloud servers for a limited time to facilitate downloads.
    • Free Tier: Deleted after 24 hours.
    • Starter/Pro: Retained for 7 days, then permanently purged.
  • Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active.

4. Data Deletion Rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to:

  • Request Deletion: You can delete any processed video from your dashboard at any time.
  • Account Deletion: You can request full account deletion by emailing smartonboardai@gmail.com. We will purge all associated data within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We share information only with:

  • Razorpay: For secure payment processing.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: For video processing and hosting.
